An Argentinean couple serves Italian inspired coffees while a Scottish blooded chef prepares French crepes and American grilled cheese sandwiches in a historic German town.
An adventure, a destination, an eclectic experience
Let's start at the beginning. You're bored, perhaps a bit sleepy, a cup of coffee is just what you need, but you want something good, better, different, expertly prepared, and perhaps some conversation, something pretty to look at, definitely Instagram worthy. So you get in your car and drive 30 minutes North of Pittsburgh and just a mile off of I79 and you run into this really cute, out of the way little town, there are cabins and ghost signs, pretty houses and antique shops, and at the bottom of a gentle hill, a little coffee shop in an old building.
Our coffee is roasted weekly and on demand in Saxonburg, PA.
Our very delicious milk is provided by the hard working folks at Windy Ridge Dairy, just a couple miles away.
Crepes are made with pure buckwheat from local Zanella Milling, one of the last producers in Butler County.
NO CALL INS PLEASE. We are working on an online ordering system.
Ich liebe es!
Wunderbar is located in Harmony, PA, a quaint little German style hamlet just 30 minutes North of Pittsburgh or 10 minutes North of Cranberry Twp, about a mile off of I-79 taking exit 88. We are close to Seneca Valley High School. You'll be surprised how fast and easy it is to get here!
The cafe is housed within The Center of Harmony a really cool 1800s opera house. Learn more about it at http://thecenterofharmony.com/
